You have not compared the behavior of apes to humans much, have you.
If all humans on earth die, you better hope God makes more.

Yes, Evolution has been disproved, but those who believe in the religion of Evolution are unwilling to admit it.
NASA uncovered lots of raw data showing that the moon is only about 10,000 years old, in the late 60's and early 70's and the Evolutionist refuse to admit it.
Many 25 year old Rocks from Mount Saint Helens which blew its lid in 1980 have been tested by "experts" who did not know where the rocks came from and those rocks were consistanly dated as being millions of years old.
And with the mapping of the human DNA completed that was the death blow since there are 10^87 possible DNA codes.
Proving that there has not been nearly enough time if evolution was to have occured on a random basis.
Leap Seconds as well as the fact that the Moon is moving slowly away from the earth is even more proof.

Let me ask you something - since you have no idea what evolution is about how can you say that it isn't a real phenomenon?
Have you read the Origin of Species? Have you looked even once at any information that is available to you online about the subject from people who don't have a politcal agenda pushing 'creationism'? Do you even understand the concept of evolution? Do you ever question the people who say 'evolution has been disproved on many occasions' and ask for evidence?
No, I seriously doubt that you have done any of these things. And that's really and truly pathetic.

You're mistaken. Evolution has never been disproved.
For the last 7 years, the Discovery Institute has been trying to collect names of scientists that support the concept of Intelligent Design. So far they have about 650.
The NCSE arranged a similar list as a parody. Only scientists with the name of Steve, or a variation thereof (Stephen, Stephan... etc) who supported evolution were allowed to add their signatures. As of 21 June 2007, there were 814 Steves on the list.
By contrast, only 4 scientists named Steve support ID.
If it's good enough for scientists... it's good enough for me.

Sweetheart, I know you are well meaning. You have, however, been duped. Evolution has never been disproved. In fact, everyday scientist learn more about the theory and are able to fill in many of the details.
There is proof all around. Molecular biology, plant biology, and genetics all offer more proof than can be written about in a short time.
The fossil record is full of examples of how many species, including humans, have changed over time.
This link discusses all the popular creationist misconceptions about evolution. I hope you take time to read some. I hope you find your way to the local library to study the science behind all of this.

It has been tested for 150 years. There has not been a single paper pass peer review that goes against the big idea in about 80 years. It is the ENTIRE basis for modern Biology and it is quite impossible to do Biology without it.
Now how the f*** do you think that equates with it being disproved?
You want a list OK:
* Fossils - the order can be determined by stratification alone (no radiological dating) it is unarguable and life started simple and got more complex. Here is a simple chart to show what I mean: http://pubs.usgs.gov/gip/fossils/succession.html
* Circular species. Meaning that it geographically evolved in two geographic directions with interbreeding possible between all steps but not the two ends. The two ends are actually separate species. Example: http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/evolution/library/05/2/l_052_05.html
* Mitochondrial DNA regressive studies. - This comes only from your mother and the only changes to it are through mutations. These mutations occur at a known rate, and converge world wide 150,000 years ago give or take. If Eve (6000 years ago) was the only female, it would be almost identical world wide. It is not. The flood gives a second bottleneck that matches the facts even less well.
* Geographic distribution of related species. Meaning related species are usually near each other.
* Wisdom Teeth - there isn't room on your jaw for them anymore.
* Your little toe - totally useless. Nice intelligent design here.
* Your appendix - totally useless now but it does digest cellulose in other species.
* Your inner eyelids - They don't even work now, but they do for lots of other animals like house cats. Bet you didn't even know you had 'em.
* Vestigial DNA - meaning chromosomes that we have but don't use, but that are used in other species. We have several that other primates use but are totally useless to us.
* The fact that we share so much DNA among species
* There are no wild milk cows. They evolved through artificial selection and are totally man made.
* Different breeds of dogs, cats, livestock.
* Viruses and bacteria evolve quickly and you can actually see it. This is why you need a new flu shot every year.
* Your tail bone. It is even not that uncommon to be born with a tail.
* Goosebumps - this would be useful if we had fur because it fluffs it and makes more insulation. For us it is worthless.
* The hair standing up on your neck when you are frightened. Animals use this to make themselves look bigger. Doesn't work when you walk upright and don't have fur.
* The fact that humans have gotten measurably and heritability taller since the 1600s
* The fact that humans jaw have gotten measurably and heritability smaller since the 1600s
* The fact that humans little toes have gotten measurably and heritability smaller since the 1600s
* Human lower back problems. Your back is intelligently designed to have support from your shoulders.
* Transitional fossils - here are several lists: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_transitional_fossils

Who disproved Evolution? Has it been scrutinized by the scientific community? Can you provide references?
Evolution is a sound Theory which has been accepted by the scientific community. If you want to teach Intelligent Design as an alternative to the Theory of Evolution, maybe you should also teach Intelligent Falling as an alternative to the Theory of Gravitation.

Science does not 'prove' things. 'Proof' is for mathematicians, coin collectors and distillers of alcoholic beverages. Proof in science is applicable only in the 'negative' sense... i.e., hypotheses and theories must be 'falsifiable'. When scientists do experiments (to validate 'predicted' results), they are NOT trying to 'prove' they are RIGHT... they are trying to FIND OUT if they're WRONG. NOT being wrong simply builds confidence that one is on the right track... it 'proves' nothing.
Evolution is not a matter of 'belief'. I keep reading in here that "... evolution is just a theory... not a fact." That, as it turns out, is true... although the word 'just' is inappropriate, and misleading... and it indicates that people just don't understand what a scientific theory is; they seem to think that a theory is just an 'idea'. Nothing could be further from the truth.
In science, a theory occupies a higher stratum of importance than mere 'facts'. Theories EXPLAIN facts. The theory of evolution provides an explanatory framework for the OBSERVED FACTS that the genetic makeup of populations of organisms changes, over time (in some cases, over distance)... and that over an extended period of time (hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands of generations), the accumulation of those changes can result in speciation. It explains the OBSERVED FACT of transitional species found in the fossil record.
Theories live or die on the basis of their explanatory power, predictive power and falsifiability. Theories, as an explanatory framework, allow one to make predictions which can subsequently be validated by way of experiments or future observations. That means that in order to be valid, a theory must be falsifiable... and all that it takes for a theory to be falsified is ONE INSTANCE where an experiment or future observation achieves a result that is CONTRARY to what the theory predicts.
Evolution, as it turns out, has NEVER been falsified... in nearly 150 years. Further, all findings and observations to date... in molecular biology... in genetics... in paleontology... have SOLIDIFIED the explanatory power of evolution... NEVER detracted from it.
For those that say that evolution does not account for new species... nonsense. Examples abound, both in the 'world' and in the laboratory. One of the most interesting examples, and the most enlightening, has to do with a kind of bird (plovers, if my memory is correct) that occupies adjacent habitats all the way from Siberia to Britain. Because of environmental differences in these adjacent habitats (topology, food availability, competitor species, predators, vegetation), natural selection has produced genetic differences between the populations in these adjacent habitats. Birds in adjacent habitats can still mate with each other, and produce offspring... the genetic differences are small. However, the birds from the Eastern-most reaches of Siberia CAN NOT produce offspring with those from Britain. Over the reach of MANY habitats, the accumulation of genetic differences makes them a DIFFERENT SPECIES.

Those who 'disproved' evolution, as you say, were not acting scientifically but as religious believers with their own agenda to push.
Whales have leg bones because they evolved from land animals that went down to the sea. Sometimes you get a dolphin born with hooves on its flippers, just as you sometimes get a human with a tail. This is a genetic throwback. What's your answer? Was your God person having a laugh, or something?

I thought evolution was real....until I read your question. I was wrong and I now admit I was wrong. This is indeed a sad day for me.
So? How DO people, insisting on living in the Dark Ages, function in the twenty-first century? Tips?

you not believing it and disproving it are two different things. many would argue that christianity has been disproved as well. evolution, as a theory is always open to being disproven. However, it makes a better starting point, even if flawed (as all scientific theories are capable of being), than to reject it based on even more unprovable fanatical religious notions.
