Hen (female) and c0ck (male).
Just the same as other birds, I don't think emus have their own female and male titles.

Then female is called a Hen and the male is called a c0ck. They do not have separate names. It usually is this in nearly every kind of bird. The children are called chicks until they are not feeding of Mom and Dad's crop(thrown up food) which is called being weened.

I believe it is a hen and a rooster but am not positive.
