David's Bridal has quite a few plus-sized options.
Also, the website shown below has a few wedding dresses, and allows you to shop by your body shape. She might have luck here.

okay, i hope ur fiancee does not see that.. however, yes she will be able to get one she just will have to get sized, and have one custom made. It's nothing to be ashamed of, they make dresses in the stores to fit one size and shape, so get her to find one she loves, and get her to talk to the retail person about sizing. she should'nt have a problem!

no, my buddy "jim" owns a bakery down the street, and he is also a seamstress on the side (shhh don't tell his wife or he would be sewing ALL her clothes for her - of course you can imagine what SHE looks like since she eats everything Jim bakes.....) that's the only way he makes a living
