Yes. Jesus is 100% God and 100% Human at the same time.
Jesus was 100% God when He created the heavens and the earth.
Jesus only became human when He left His Throne to be born to Mary.

Jesus is a prophet of God sent down to Earth to warn people of their evil ways and to tell them to follow the commands of God.
He was created. He was born(has a mother). He eats, drinks, sleeps, uses the bathroom, gets hurt, tires, and does what every other human being does.

The same way Alexander "the Great," Antinous (the homosexual lover of the Roman emperor Hadrian), Constantius (Constantine's father), the Egyptian pharaohs, the Persian kings, and hundreds of others were both God and man. They were all mortal humans who were worshiped by cults after they died.

He is man in flesh, and God in spirit. Which makes Him all God, but not all man.
