First of all, saran wrap is so very wrong for a tattoo. You should have had a clean, dry bandage applied over a sizable amount of an after care product to absorb any fluids oozing from the fresh tattoo during the first couple of hours. Then washed it with a mild soap and patted it dry with white paper toweling, reapplying a very thin veil of your after care product.
You should have arranged for your tattoo to be done when you did not have to go right to work.
Now your tattoo will fall out. OK, kidding, it is normal for some of the ink that is trapped in the outer dead skin cells to shed off, but keep it clean and uncovered with just a little bit of your aftercare product.

This is perfectly normal for the first couple days until it heals. If you were told to put A&D ointment and cover it with plastic wrap at night (sometimes you do and sometime you don't depending on where the tattoo is), you will see some color bleeding. Only cover it at night (and again only if your artist told you to) otherwise leave it open and moist (lotion or A&D). In a couple days, you'll be healed and shouldn't see any more of this.

It's normal for there to be a bit of ink leakage for the first two days. Just make sure you wash it off and pat it dry then put a bit of moisturizer on it.
Ash isn't necessarily right. There are different after care methods that work equally well. Some tattoo artists will tell you to cover it for an hour, some will say leave the plastic wrap on as long as you can (even overnight). Just as long as you keep it clean and moisturized at all times, your tattoo should turn out fine. If it doesn't, most tattoo artists offer free touchups. If not free, they won't charge you very much for it, so go back once it's healed and have them touch it up.

I don't see any reason why it won't be OK. The ink is embedded into your skin & won't "rub off". Do not cover it, but do put A & D ointment on it. Keep it "moist" w/that & it should be OK. They do tattoos differently now than yrs. ago when I got my first one. We had to keep them covered until they scabbed off. Now they don't cover them, but do use A & D antiboitic ointment on it. It w/keep it soft & w/heal faster & better. You'll be fine...

It's completly normal. One of the best ways to take care of your tattoo, I know there's like a million. Cover it with seran wrap and medical tape. Every three hours wash it with an anti bacterial soap like dawn or dial. and do it for about three days. You wont scab over and it will look clean when it heals.

You ARE NOT supposed to keep the bandage on. You were supposed to take it off and keep it off after the first few hours. God...you put plastic wrap on it..?
The ink bled out. Your tattoo will be faded. Don't put anything else on it besides A&D ointment or unscented lotion! You may have to go back and get it touched up later.
