She can only get pregnant once but she can get pregnant by more than one dog. You should keep an eye on your dog so something like this can't happen.

yes a dog can be bred by more than one and even two males.
They can be bred usually for 5-7 days during the heat and actually be bred by more than one male in one day and several in the week.
