Personal fellowship also has an important role in true worship, but the internet is certainly *NOT* the place for true Christians to find good association.

(Hebrews 10:24,25) And let us consider one another to incite to love and fine works, not forsaking the gathering of ourselves together, as some have the custom, but encouraging one another, and all the more so as you behold the day drawing near.

A witness for Jehovah is someone who understands how important it is to help others know God, to teach people about his purpose for the earth and to sanctify (purify, make holy) his name.
There are so many lies being spread by satan that it is our priviledge to help others know the difference.
It irritates me to hear people refer to natural disasters like hurricanes & earthquakes as "acts of God".
Satan used the weather to attack Job.
Or worse to hear about a preacher or pastor telling a parent they lost their ill child in death because "God needed another angel".
Jehovah created all his spirit creatures before he created man. We are lower than they are in the realm of things. He certainly doesn't need a "baby angel" when one of his angels killed 185,000 Assyrians (2Kings 19:35) in one night.
Then there is "hell fire". Jehovah is not a terrorist. Why is it that when you ask a normal parent if they could ever imagine burning their child as a form of punishment they are disgusted and sickened by the thought. That even if their child was a thief, murder, violent rapist...they would not allow them into their home but they certainly would not set them on fire "forever". But yet, this is the lie satan spreads about Jehovah. Jehovah is love. His personal qualities are Love, Justice, Power & Wisdom. It would not be fair or just to torture you forever. Even if you were terrible your whole life that wouldn't justify being punished for eternity. God may not "invite you into his house", to live forever in paradise. He would not have you in his "memorial tomb", (John 5:28,29) Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out... That means he would not resurrect you. You would be left in the ground from which you were created. Back to the dust. Not tortured some horrible way forever. How in the world do you think, as a human, we have a stronger ability to love than Jehovah God does. Satan loves that one. The bible says Satan is roaming the earth, not under it in "hell". He's right up here with us, doing all he can to blind your eyes.
Being one of Jehovah's witnesses is a privilege, not a hardship.

The worldwide Christian society of people who actively bear witness regarding Jehovah God and his purposes affecting mankind. They base their beliefs solely on the Bible.

A member of a cult, the Jehovah's Witnesses, which has the very annoying habit of coming to one's door uninvited, trying to proselytise Christians and non-believers alike to try to convert to their cult! They have changed key scriptures in their version of the Bible, the New World Translation, to suit their false belief system, for example, changing "God" in one NT passage to "a god". They also publish the Watchtower magazine. They believe that Jesus was crucified on a tree instead of a cross, do not believe in the Trinity, don't believe in observing Christian holidays, don't recite the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, do not believe in blood transfusions, just to name a few of their beliefs. They have had several of their prophesies about the end of the world proven false (i.e., we're still here and Jesus has not yet returned), which alone should be enough to disqualify them from anyone else's serious consideration!
