There is not way to bag a man in five minutes without sounding desperate or sleezy. Not only that, but it will give an impression that you have low standards for guys, and that kind of reputation follows you around. You have to take things slower than that.
But if you are not concerned with what kind of impression you're giving, you have nothing to be concerned about.

Smile and wave hi, but you let her approach you. Then if she does come over to meet you, ask her where she is from. Other chit chat will follow. For you to go over and start following her can be a little scary and forward, and if she doesn't want to follow up on your wave and hi, she will turn and walk away.
