If the bran muffins were yours before the wedding, no, if the bran muffins came about after the wedding, she is entitled to 1/2.

I would advise this legal counsel to you...Please sign a pre-nuptual Bran Muffin clause. She will take you for every muffin that you own,if things go sour...cover your muffins...know what I mean?
