its normal to not catch your birds drinking water. They take time to adjust to new surrounding. Each bird is different in the amount of time it takes to adjust. One bird might be fine in a few days while another may take 2 weeks to adjust. Just make sure you are changing their food and water bowls daily and are giving them a good dose of love and attention. Talk to them. Make sure you have toys in there for them too. All birds love toys. Budgies love swings. I used to own many many budgies til I moved on to bigger birds. If they start to stay on the bottom of the cage and not move around alot I would take them to the vet and get them checked out. I hope that you will take them to the vet to get them checked out after purchasing them. It is best to have a vet check them out while they are healthy so that they can weigh them and everything so that when they are not looking ok the vet has a starting ground of what they were like before hand. And it is always best to get a vet check of a new animal

They probably are drinking, you just dont notice. Birds dont drink much so its rare to actually catch them drinking their water. It'll take them about a week to get used to their new home. Give them some time to settle in and then start the taming process. Good luck, if tamed right, they make great pets

Anything from a few day's to weeks. Some adjust sooner than others. Spending time with your birds, talking gently to reassure them will help. Many birds stay on the top perch for a while, its perfectly normal...

Thats pretty normal. Mine took a couple of weeks to start moving around and chirping and playing with their toys. My friends pair took even longer. If they are eating, don't worry, they will drink. Just give them some quiet time to adjust.
