It's not because of bikinis or none of that skimpy stuff. Re-growth is super itchy and way uncomfortable. Plus it never grows back the same, EVER.

I agree with most others that have answered...it's more than just a current fad. Besides if you're wearing next to nothing undies the last thing any one wants to see is chewbacha coming out of the sides :)

Think it's more permanent. There are hygiene reasons for it aswell as looking good in a micro bikini.

I don't know of anyone who pubic shaves for fashion. Most girls pubic shave because they don't like all the excess hair.

Currently, the Brazilian wax is the way to go. No stubbles, no nicks, just a smooth hairless pubic area.

Brazilian Waxing is the way forward for guys and girls. I get it done once a month, and it feels really great to be so sexy and smooth down there.
