Leave the female with them, even if she is not sitting on them or incubating them.

If you take them out, her body will go into a nervous response and produce more. She could possibly die of exhaustion of laying so many eggs. Leave them in there for 3-4 weeks, then take them out and throw them away. It should be OK for 2, 3 months, and she shouldn't lay any more.

Also, make sure that she has a mineral block or some sort of vitamins. I use drops, that I put into my birds' water that is rich in calcium. Be sure to also buy a cuttlebone, that is also healthy. I have a mineral block, a buttlebone, and the drops.

Birds use alot of vitamins and minerals, and calcium when producing eggs.

I had some simarlar the male comes out of the cage and doesn't want to go back to see the female but she looks after the eggs/ chicks very well by herself
I put a small heavy bowl of seed in the nest so she doesn't have to come out of the nest too long.

I had a female die when a chick was 2 weeks old and the male fed and kept him warm. He is 5 weeks old now

If she is sitting on them, leave them, but if not transfer them under another female. Take out the Female and put her in a cage with no breeding box, to give her time to adjust.

I have only 1 budgie so I don't know. But I can recommend a yahoo group "budgie place" that I am sure could help you out. They have members that are breeders etc. Hope this helps.

They may be fertile. The female can raise them by herself if necessary. I'd leave them with her and see what happens.
