Maybe in a gift basket with a variety of muffin mixes (in nice containers). Add a mini muffin pan if you want. Toss in a variety of jams and teas or coffees with a couple nice mugs and it would be great. It would be a great "starter" gift for their kitchen. Make it pretty for them.
