Not sure.

Do you need the money?

There's no point in taking a job which you will quit very soon. It will only give a negative impression on you or on your resume. Of course, you will have to declare your previous jobs lest you intend to be dishonest about yourself. I guess it's because of financial. Maybe at the moment you really need money and this job is the only one available at the moment. Am I right? Well, 3 or 4 weeks is quite a short time. Perhaps you can just sacrifice a little bit and after a month, find a job and a company you like. Or maybe there are other job openings elsewhere.

What would be the point of having a crappy job for a few weeks?

I mean, seriously, what is the point?

I've been fired after only a few weeks before (because I was crappy at the position), but I've never intentionally left a company after less than 3 months (and that was a Summer job).

No. Quiting will look bad on future interviews. I would never take a job and leave in less than 12 months.

No.

Experience has taught me that it is better to leave that opening for someone who really wants that job. You will save the employer the time they would waste interviewing, hiring, and acclimating you to the business. You will save yourself the aggravation, not to mention the issues with your resume and job applications in the future. AND, the person you leave the job to will be grateful.

Use that energy to find something you WANT to do somewhere you WANT to do it.

NO WAY! that would be the dumbest thing anyone could do! Why on earth would you waste your time and the employers time? The frustration level for the empoyer is high when people do stupid things like that! I know from experience, because I'm the one in our company who trains people.
