Does it bother your anus when you are pooping? Do you ever feel pain or see blood upon defecation? HAs it always been like that or is it a recent encounter? If it doesnt bother you then it is normal for you. You can try eating fiber containing foods or even fiber pills to soften to stool. Also there many stool softners available in any pharmacy over the counter.

not necessarily. as long as you are having loose stools(meaing they move without straining), and are not cramping or constipated, you are good to go. Remember you loose as much as you take in. that would tell me that you are a healthy eater. keep up with the veggies, and fruits. try to limit the starches. also you might want ot eat a good fiber cereal for breakfast like shredden mini wheats, or oatmeal. it is a question for you to mention to the doctor if this continues to bother you.

Actually large firm (but not hard) stool is a sign of good intestinal health. Think of clogged pipes producing skinny BM's.

I guess it depends on what you are eating. Check your diet, have you changed it? do you have any pain or discomfort? When did this start? I mean, you may have started to eat or drink something that is cleansing your body, which is great. it's not a bad idea to talk to your doctor about this and even take a feces test.

You go Jumpkick! something's gotta be working if you are dropping dirty bombs like that! Here's a tip: if they float, you are eating too much fat, if they sink, you're not. Just something to see next time you drop a ''titanic'' in the bowl
