I have tried soooooooooo much. I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on hair products. My hair dresser has me trying the latest. It's hair and scalp revitalizer. Ask your hair dresser if she can get you some. There is something else that you can try at Sally's Beauty called Oraganic root stimulator it's hair serum. It's about $12. for the bottle. It helps hair to grow back in thick. Good luck.
There's alot of products out there. You might have to try a few to find the one that works for you.

if you're up to it, i'd suggest getting extensions. you can go to a salon to get extensions just to thicken your hair, but if you want them done well, they usually run at a very expensive price.
here is what i do to my hair:
first, find a sally beauty's supply store near you. they sell extensions [real human hair, or synthetic] and different glues [a yellowish one, that would match your hair color probably] and a black one, and they also sell different lengths of extensions for different prices, but i think the most expensive is $30.
glue in the extensions, and ask the clerks at the store about how to take them out if you don't like them. it's pretty easy:]. you could also try simple clip ons.
if you don't want to get extensions, i'd use garnier volumizing conditioner and shampoo, herbal essenses, or pantene pro-v. they all make my hair look more full:].
hope that helped!

Unfortunately, there is really nothing you can do to make your hair thicker. But there are alternatives like buying beauty products that will help make your hair more manageable. Use shampoo and conditioner for your hair type.

Apparently rinsing your hair in rosemary water is supposed to make it thick. It'll cost nothing so it's worth a shot
