Some expensive cigarettes from years ago had natural cork tips. When filtered cigarettes came along, the manufacturers tried to copy that look. If you look closely, some still have a design on the 'cork' end that is meant to look like the holes in cork.

Cause all the poison is soaked into the butts of cigarettes and the butt is the filter....the filter is suppose to catch all of the poison from going into your lungs but it sad but true that whats left on the butt is only about 30% of the poison thats really going into your body
