yes! i was there for ages and so many people sold one of their kidneys because they were so poor fortunately i wasn't poor so no had too sell any body parts to survive but we knew so many that did and had fallen ill after.

it sure is. First, whatever your financial situation may be, you need your kidney for your better health. Second, which I definitely don't recommend but let's say hypothetically you have decided to do it for some strange reason, then go on eBay, my space, Google video, you tube and make an announcement that you are willing to sell your kidney to the highest bidder who may need it. I mean, it makes me sick for just saying that, because I don't approve this in anyway, but if you had to for survival reasons or whatever life and death decisions, as least you'd get more for it, then in Mexico. Obviously, those people in Mexico where you are going to sell it, will make much much more than you by selling it. Again, don't sell it! No money is more important than your life!

yes, donors in Australia are never paid ( legally) to stop corruption. If you sell it now to some stranger yo may need it later for a family member and not have it, if you do go ahead fin a reputable surgeon and check his other surgeries because alot of people die from using dodgy surgeons overseas or develop post op infections

Yes, Money can be made anywhere if you really need it. What happens if you go in renal failure then. Who's going to bail you out? Think Long Term
