This past weekend in the UK has so far passed with perhaps a little help from above and it is fortunate that non of our citizens or visitors were badly injured by these wicked people. What can these 'bombers' hope to gain by killing and maiming people and children of all religions and beliefs. Possibly they hope we will turn on each other for our differing religious beliefs and origins, but we must not let that happen. Lets all grow up fast and respect each other for what we are. 'Citizens of Great Britain ' - whatever the original birthplace of some.

Not intended as a religious blog The idea was in the hope that there were more concerned 'good guys ' out there than than there are bad guys. Religion or not, lets keep all the good guys together.

Ron, I think you have the right idea. I am so saddened by
the events that are occuring in our world.....
Yes, I do believe that many of us do believe that there is a
Creator......and that Creator, God, Allah, etc.....has given
humanity free will.
Some of us are not such good trusties of "free will" are we?
We use it to harm others.......and there is no good that comes
of it. It creates more hatred, anger, fear.....all the negative
things that this world has more than enough of.
Just keep the faith, Ron.....keep praying.....God is watching...
He knows so much more than we do......
As for those who suffer and die at the hands of the misguided.......I can only pray that their suffering is only
momentary before our loving God holds each blessed
spirit in His Hands......
I am not from Great Britian, I am an American.....but my
paternal grandmother's parents were from England.....
It doesn't matter where we are from, does it, Ron? We
agonize over the suffering of others all around our world....
we are brothers and sisters......some have just lost sight
of that.
God bless you,
Doris

enable me attempt to describe this form. I cheat you out of a good sized sum of money. Later i've got faith remorseful approximately and that i come to you and undergo my soul and make an apology. Now I unquestionably have already spent the money. You of direction do not choose for to be cheated yet you get exhilaration from my remorseful approximately and confession, quite in view of the certainty that the penalty for this form of criminal offense say is flogging or beheading. so which you're a type soul and rather of handing me over to the regulation, you supply me an excellent gamble to do some not basic artwork for me proportionate to the point of the crime without pay or purely adequate pay to stay to tell the story. Now you have forgiven me as properly as made me pay lower back God too works like that. If remorseful approximately is authentic and deep, He provides you an excellent gamble to artwork off your Karmas the two in this existence or if any stability left contained in the lives to come back. consequently rebith and the seeming ineqaulity and seeming injustice in existence makes plenty experience. BTW- No project with any ones settlement or dis settlement .

That's pretty close to what "these wicked people" tell themselves every time they bomb somebody. Like religious extremists everywhere, they believe God is on their side, and they believe that any action that take to protect themselves from "these wicked people" and to take vengeance upon "these wicked people" is justified by Him.

I do feel badly for Great Britain, and I do hope the British, and (the Americans, and the rest of the world, for that matter) will "grow up fast and respect each other for what we are," namely, humans.

Expect people thrown into inhumane situations to act inhumane. These are just revenge killings for the needless deaths of too many innocents in Iraq. The "evil" in terrorism is injustice, which started with the 500.000+ deaths of children in Iraq due to the sanctions and then the shocking invasion of Iraq.

It's ridiculous to assume there's a god/allah "up there" caring for good people based on all that goes on. It's HUMANS that come through and fix situations, not outside sources. Give credit where credit is good.

I think you make an excellent case for NOT believing in god!

If God, Allah, Buddha, Jehovah, Krishna or any other god truly cares for "all the good people," then why is one third of the world starving? Either your god doesn't care or he's simply lazy.

It's hard for me to not feel contempt for religious scripture (of any faith) when I see the intolerance it inspires. Or when I see the excuses made on behalf of one's god.

Look, feel free to believe in what every god brings you comfort. I don't have any problem with that. But please, if there is a god, then he gave you a brain to THINK with, not BELIEVE with!

If there is a god, then humanity's religions are patently contemptuous and disrespectful of such a god by implying that the suffering of their fellow human beings is somehow warranted by their religious beliefs!

Compromise is what will kill your nation. Know the truth and stick to it. Don't be blown about by every wind of doctrine!! Don't feel that you must pay homage to those who choose a false god (of war) to follow. The problem in GB and the world over (where Islam is concerned) is that ppl bow down to it in an attempt to placate a blood thirsty cult. KNOWING the truth will set you free!! We need to stand our ground and stop being intimidated!!

I believe in an inherent belief in God, the Divine, Allah...whatever you choose to call that power of omnipotence, is instilled in each and every one of us. I think that religious tolerance is the best for all.

I have also come to believe that the thought of UNITY, is one that will not be realized in my lifetime...but one can hope.

Thank you for sharing
Blessed Be

Oh my, you did it now!
No, events in the world are never a valid reason alone to be forced into any belief system. One should use one's reasoning and all their mental faculties to draw conclusions. Shocking events, that are used to manipulate others into a belief system will only work for a little while.
When the shock wheres off, people will return to their comfort zone.

Why do you think we should believe that
Lucky accidents all round in my veiw
Combined with the incompetance of the potential bombers of course
They make the mistake of always talking about what they are going to do

And the terrorists believe the same "good" God will give them a better life in the next world, and they will be blessed for their martyrdom, and receive 70 virgins for their troubles.
GET REAL MATE !
Don't be as brainwashed as those morons!
