I have some body acne on my arms (mostly on the backs of my arms) they aren't terribly noticeable, but enough to drive me crazy. I heard Proactiv and Neutrogena have good body washes, but if there are any others that work better I'd like to know about them. If you also know how quickly you start to see results I'd like to know that too. Thanks!

I looked into eczema, and I'm 99.9% sure I don't have it. Thanks for the concern, though. =)

I used to have acne on my back. I used Neutrogena Body Scrub. It worked for me. But it did not go away in 1 or 2 days. It took about a week, but was worth it. That was 4 months ago and I still have no acne.

You don't have acne, although it looks like acne it really is eczema. The cheapest best way to treat it is old fashioned Noxzema. It was originally developed for eczema and after 3 days it will practically disappear. Once it is gone you need to use a good moisturizer on your body. I use Mary Kay's Visibly Fit body lotion and my eczema has been gone for almost a year.

Good luck!

i used Clean & Clear (i think thast neutrogena) and it works wonders. its supposedly just for the face, but it cleared up the acne on my shoulders in 2 - 3 weeks.

nb - it does dry out your skin a lot tho.

neutrogena is great I have sensitive skin and it doesn't get my skin all red. if you use any make sure to dry yourself off because many times you'll get acne on your back and arms during the summer because of sweat.
