Im really sick of the way I let my body get so i want to lose at least 10 lbs in the next to weeks. The problem is i havent been strict with diets in the past. I was wondering if a good diet is like special k in the morning salad every day with fruits and veggies as a snack and only water. I have really been slacking off at the gym to like i havent went in two months. How can i like beat myself up and stay away from junk food and force myself to go to the gym at least 3 times a week
