Im really sick of the way I let my body get so i want to lose at least 10 lbs in the next to weeks. The problem is i havent been strict with diets in the past. I was wondering if a good diet is like special k in the morning salad every day with fruits and veggies as a snack and only water. I have really been slacking off at the gym to like i havent went in two months. How can i like beat myself up and stay away from junk food and force myself to go to the gym at least 3 times a week

You cannot lose that amount of weight in 2 weeks and still be healthy. Salads, fruits and veggies will not fulfill your body's requirements for nutrition.
Diets r not the way either. U wind up feeling deprived and once the diet is over, u usually gain back what u lost and then some.
Best to eat at least 3 meals/day and exercise at least 3x/wk for 20-30 min each time. NO, u won't lose a lot of weight quickly but you will establish a pattern of proper nutrition and proper exercise which WILL make u feel better about urself. I didn't go to the gym for about 2 months and I felt lazy and had a negative attitude. When I started back, it didn't take long b4 I started feeling good again and feeling good about myself. It's just amazing how it works!

ITS called will power. I weigh almost 200lbs now Iam down to 142. But it tok me three months to do it. Stay away from alot of oils, drink alot of water. Mine wars alot of beer. Iwalk every other day a mile and a half. I eat in small portions, and use less salt, that right there can put on pounds. Its not what you eat its how much. So get off your but and do some thing about it.

Try this a million cup of boiling water,, upload a million/two tsp cinnamon (might be powder) and a million tsp honey. Add the honey after the cinnamon water cools right down to room temperature,, drink that earlier than mattress, after your final meal, and a million cup the first thing within the morning! healthy eating - eating things in moderation. ha ! does work

you will prevail long term

your way....failure long term

10 lbs in two weeks is unlikely...

10 lbs in a month is what you should be aiming for
