you are not allowed to feed or touch wild dolphins in part to protect them in their environment

if you want ot pet and swim with the dolphins there are plenty of park that have encounters with them, for a price, but too bad in the end.

Hi,it is illegal (ILLEAGAL) in Australia, you must be a distance of 80 mts from Dolphins.
In Australia farmers are not permitted to put herd of cattle in the ocean when Dolphins are around.
Perhaps if you ask your school teacher she will know an be able to help you.
Good Luck Waltz.

Yes you can swim with the dolphins for about a second. It is legal, but don't come thinking that they will be swimming all around you or anything. Dolphins are intelligent and will check you out. Once they realize there is no food they will more than likely leave, sometimes they do play for a while, but I would bet on it.

not in controlled situations, i believe, actually that in florida, it is not illegal. i know that florida has many trained dolphins in the harbors and stuff that are part of hotel accomodations. so, it should not be illegal, if you read that on the net, it was probobly someones stupid naive attempt to sound knowledgable.
but hey, did you know it is illegal to sit in a bathtub in california and eat oranges. lol, so, not all laws are enforced anyway.
i hope that helps. KW

Yes. Fortunately it is true (from the point of view of the dolphins).
