I've been with this guy romantically for almost 4 months.
Now, It's been 5 days since we've spoken. When we did talk we were both kinda quiet on the phone, but he has been this way for about a week or two. When we do get on the phone he either falls asleep from working so many hours or he is really quiet . Is it because he is no longer interested. What should I do? Should I assume that it's over?

Ask him. He is the one who knows, the one who can tell you what's going on. You said he's working long hours, may be his exhausted. But you should still be able to have a quick chat.
Talk to him, ask him. Find out either way, and decide what you want to do from there.

Talk to him, ask what the hell is going on, never assume it is over, make him tell you its over or you tell him it is over.

He's moved on, he just doesn't have the ballz to tell you, he's hoping you will just go away.
