A nap - after all it needn't take much longer than making and drinking a cup of coffee anyway. A couple of the shrewdest and cleverest fellers I ever knew could nap in their office chair for five minutes or ten, then spring awake as alert as a cat.

Well, assuming sleep is out of the question (as it usually is!), try guarana. It will give you a boost of energy without the side effects of caffeine. It is in alot of energy drinks; however, many of them also contain caffeine, so be careful when you read the label! (I don't BELIEVE Balls has caffeine in it, but I could be dead wrong.)

Oxygen, and rest! When you feel yourself fading, breathe deep and close your eyes for no more than 5 to 10 minutes. Then stand up and move around for a few minutes and you will be surprised how much that perks you up!

Try some green tea (it has a little bit of caffeine but not a lot).
