To learn more about Wicca, I personally would suggest the Complete Book of Witchcraft, by Raymond Buckland. It has invaluable information in it, as well as wonderful information on the history and beginning of our beliefs. It is also set in a format of lessons for you....

For starting out in Magick I'd recommend "The Grimoire for the Apprentice Wizard" by Oberon Zell-Ravenheart.
