The phrase " God is good ", just describes one of God's traits or
a part of His character, it doesn't say Who God is. Good is not a word you can use to substitute for the word God. A person can do all sorts of "good" things, and still be eternally lost in God's eyes, if that person hasn't confessed his/her sins to God and accepted His Son Jesus Christ
as his/her personal Savior. You may be "good", but that does not mean you are God, simply because God is good !

I think it would mean that he wrote the books, because a human that has killed as many and been just as petty would not be considered a good person.
