In order to be saved you must believe in God before you see God. If you see God first, then it's too late and you're already doomed. This covers my azz so that I am never put in a position in which I have to prove any of my claims. They just have to take my word for it, because the price of not taking my word for it is damnation.

Honestly now, isn't this the most perfect arrangement you can think of for a scam?

I'd like to believe that if God was real and if it was so important to him that we believe he's real, then he would not be playing silly mind games with the fate of our eternal souls. He would make it completely obvious to every last one of us that he is the real deal and leave no room for doubt.

But since that is not a suitable arrangement for a good scam, that's not the way it is.

If you say so, than it is a scam to you.
I think that your viewpoint is valid based upon a certain set of information you have.
Yet I have a different view. I certainly accept you to your rights to have your views.

Thumbs Up. And star!

Part two, The priest began to preach the good, just, and merciful line and he knows everything past present and future I thought well, in catholisism if you die in mortal sin you are condemned to Hell, logically if he knows the future he knows irrespective of "free will" what the outcome will be so he has created A being who he knows is condemned to an eternity of suffering !what a ****
