13 pounds in 4 days not only not healthy not possible without endangering your livelyhood.

to lose a pound of fat you need to output 3500 more calories than you input. 14 x 3500 = 49000 calories more than you take in. This is impossible.

Your only chance of losing the weight is dropping a serious amount of water weight or losing a limb or something. I do not reccommend this you may DIE if you attempt to lose that much that quickly and even if you did accomplish it you'd prob look and be sick to the point where you couldn't participate anyway.

Sorry to break this to you but you're going to have to miss out. You could prob healthily lose that amount of weight in about a month or maybe a little longer.

Most writing on diets that I've read indicates that a weight loss of a pound a week is safe. I can't imagine any way in which you could lose 13 pounds in 4 days without seriously damaging your health. Don't even bother trying.

HI, seems really impossible, but a read this detox diet the other day, that says drinking a lemonade made of one fresh lemon, 1/2 tsp of maple syrup, and a very samll amount of cayenne pepper(powder) mixed in 8 oz water, as much as you wish, plus 2 meals of tomato juice(pure), makes lose 14 ponds in 7n days, i have'n tried it, i just read in in a book. hope that helps. i know how you feel.

Hhahahahhahaha. Keep dreaming.
You should've tried losing weight like 2 months ago. It's a little late now.

What kind of coach makes demands of weight loss from their kids?

Is this because you cannot fit your uni or because the coach wants you to look a certain way? If it is the second one, then I am appalled.
