There is this woman in church. I try to avoid her because when I am face to face with her I sweat, I am very nervious, my palms get wet and almost always I say something stupid. I m a single man. She wears a hugh real rock on her left ring finger. She does nothing to encourage me. She will say polite hello and small talk in passing. I thought the more I confront this problem the more it would decrease but I was wrong. What can I do.

Get her number, I have seen women do this before.
Many times women will wear a ring on their left ring finger to deter the nasties from interacting with them hoping for a hot date.
Does she go to church with her husband? Any kids in the picture? If not, when talking to her bring that subject up, "oh why doesn't your husband come to church" or what not.
And it might just bring out the fact that there is no marriage, and she is just 'protecting' herself from the weirdos.

I had a similar situation so I understand. There is actually a Bible verse that speaks of this briefly, explaining that these types of things/situations will happen (its talking about such extreme infatuations, but does not use that word). So part of the answer is that you just have to accept your biochemical disposition and deal with it. But I also have other advice since I went through this same thing. If she is married, forget about it; and search for someone who looks like her. If she were not married then try to become her friend first, because if you ask her out you will just blow it, it won't work. That is my opinion.

If she is married you should try real hard to forget about her Truth is you don't even know the real her... you only like the looks... you might not even like her
I recommend forming some good healthy friendships with some guys at church who love God and privately ask them for advice

Honestly, if she is taken, then you should avoid her. Otherwise this thing will become a game and pull your focus off of the real reason you should be going to church.

Stay as far away from her as you can and ask God to help you to obey His commandments. Be angry and do not sin. May you draw close to the Lord, be strong stay in His Word. Hope you pass this test and grow in Jesus.

Find out if she is actually taken. If she is, stay away and figure out a way to deal with it. If she's not, ask her to have coffee or something after church.

I would do the first one because of the ring. It usually mean she has some one.
