Your body does not need to be flushed as if it were a toilet; it was well designed to clean itself if you eat healthy, nutritious food. There is no support for the claim that eight 8-oz. glasses of water a day are required for health. Somebody made that up years ago and people have been making up equally unsubstantiated excuses for it ever since. Let thirst be your guide and if your urine is only pale yellow, you're getting enough.

My doctor said to me that you should drink half your body weight in oz. of water per day.
But drinking to much water can be very dangerous for your body.

You should drink eight cups a day. If you do this continuously, you will get a lot healthier. Your skin will clear up if you have acne, and you will feel very rejuvinated.
