i heard on BBC radio one a while back that they tattooed on eyebrows in brown because the black ink turns green or something. is it the same for regular tattoos on other parts of the body

Depending on the black, over time it breaks down - quality blacks used today stay pretty well and only soften out, but if exposed to a lot of sun over time, even those can change.

Black in brows have been known to turn bluish so yeah, that is not at all recommended. The bluish, greenish tattoos you see on your grandfathers' wartime tattoos all started out as black.

I got a tattoo 7 years ago on my foot and it was parts red, black and green. Red and green color stayed the same but the black part lost a little color and it doesnt look like the first day but it didnt get green. The tattoo looks great

yes they can go green but if you keep them out of the sun then they will stay black or go get them touched up every 10yrs or so but it's best to keep any tattoo out of the sun cuz well am sure you have seen what the sun dose to pictrues and other stuff like tht

yes because when black turns green that means it is infected but i don't think it is true with any other colors.

Yes they can. I have heard that people of certain nationalities have more of a problem with this than other but am not sure which (or if it is bs) something you might want to look into though!
