First of all, ignore the answerer that suggested scolding the dog. All that will do is teach your puppy to fear you. A puppy has to be potty trained and I'm surprised that you did not think to educate yourself before receiving a puppy. Not too late now. Well I find that the best way is to bring it back to where it peed and just say no no no no no no!! BAD DOG!! Then every time it uses the bathroom outside say GOOD DOG! and pet him alot and sooner of later he will get the idea.
