As I was watching the race on Sunday it seemed like they would show 10 minutes of racing and 4 minutes of commercials. I did not count to see how many laps I actually saw of the race, just seemed like alot to me. Anyone else think so?

That is exactly why I record the race on my DVR and start watching it right before its over so I can fast forward through the stupid commericals.

nothing will be as bad when NBC was doing the races. Granted TNT does run a bunch of commercials and I am getting so tired of seeing the stupid Kasey Kahne commercials, those commercials are what a year and half to two years old now? Come on time for some new ones at least. I cant wait till ESPN/ABC starts running the coverage (July 29 I believe?) in the hopes that ABC will do the same thing the do for Nascar that they do for the IRL, you know the split screen thing with one screen airing the commercials and the other on the race, that would be awesome!

what NBC actually meant.....

Nothing
But
Commercials!

I'm lucky and get to watch the race on a channel with no commercial breaks at all during the race. But of course I don't have any problems telling when there's a commercial break on TNT. And I feel there are WAY too many! And I feel bad for all the fans who are missing pretty much half the race because of that!

Totally to many commercials!
TNT are slackers at keeping up with the race when is it on air, their to busy calling out old stats and tell'in their stories! Jeez!
Just today @ New Hampshire they were 126 something laps in when they noticed that Hamlin had a crushed left rear side, they had to reroll the footage to even see what happened to him near lap 106!! I am very disappointed in how TNT runs the show all the way around!

Yes, during the race, they would be under commercial, and then the NASCAR race would come back on they would only be back on the air for not even 5 secons on then they would go right back to commercial. TNT needs to stop going under commercial all the time, thats why i hate it whenever TNT takes over for the NASCAR coverage.

Yeah I agree! I counted from the time that they went to a commercial to the time they came back we missed 7 laps on one commercial break. Thats crazy! The nascar commercials are funny, but come on TNT we want to see some racin!

A few times it was 3-4 minutes of racing coverage tops.
It's sad.
