And start focusing on racing? I'm not saying it would help, but its worth shot. He doesnt have much to lose.

I wasnt saying theyre not funny, I love them too, but hes doing something wrong this year that he didnt do last year. I wouldnt make fun of him or cut him down in any way, hes my FAVORITE, but it would be nice to see him start finishing in the top ten again. It was just a suggestion.

He does have a lot more commercials than any other driver. He can act pretty good, especially in the yak one, odd, but one of my favorites.
But what made me ask this question was I read an article where somebody said that Dale Jr. needed to decide whether he wanted to be racecar driver or a superstar. And it just got me thinking that Kasey is pretty famous, but he doesnt have much to show for it.
Talent is talent, whether you make commercials or not, I know that.

Actually Dale, he shot the wrigleys gum commercial on the Thursday after he and Stremme got in that wreck with fight where he called him fat.

Really dodge9? In a way I hope he does. And the girlfriend thing, your probabaly right. I just think he seems distracted. But who knows, let him go race in the 8 and he might do a heck of a alot better! But I like #9. Lol.

no i love those commercials. but i just read on foxsports.com that kasey might take over the 8 car at dei next season because in his contract he has a right to get out of it if a change in ownership occurs and since gillette jr. is buying 50% of the company probably it could actually happen!!! And shooting commercials has nothing to do with his stuggles this season!!! His girlfriend would probably distract him more than that but i'm not saying she is!!!
yeah im serious. maybe they would let him keep the #9 it would be weird seeing him in the #8. I kinda hope he does too. he might be able to win again. he has a lot of talent he just needs the right cars and the right people and he could find that at DEI.

The commercials are not what is making him have bad runs this year.Its the cars thats been given to him to drive by Ray Evernham.And apparently Ray cant make good cars cuz hes too focused on his precious lil girlfriend Erin Crocker.Kasey is an awesome driver and he is way better then he has been doing this year.His driving style hasnt changed since last year when he was winning alot.Its the cars that have changed.And i hope that Kasey gets outta EMS as soon as he can.

I'm not sure thats the problem, but there is definitely something wrong with that team. Kasey Kahne is an awesome driver and showed it last year with all his wins. I think it has something to do with management. I hope Kasey's season turns around real soon and he gets back in Victory Lane!

I think that most of the commercials are filmed During off weeks and off season so I don't think that is the problem. All of the Evernhame cars have struggled this season. I think it's an in house problem not a driver problem.

No way. The commercials are the only time we ever get to see or hear him. He's doing so bad in racing this year that they never even mention him.

I like them but you have to use more drivers not just the same ones!!! I mean if a company were smarter then they would use more drivers so it appeals to more fans not just say the Kasey fans!! I think it would be smarter to use more drivers...

I think that some are funny. I also think they tend to go over board with some of it.
Kasey is just full-filling his sponsor agreements I am sure.
