Because we do not raise our children. Look at Cain and Abel. One obeyed and the other didn't. How much time was put in to bring about obedience we don't know. Children grow up with a selfish natural and when this natural is not brought under control we pass it along through generation after generation. That was the purpose of Jesus, to break this cycle. But instead of obeying Jesus, we say we are only human and the cycle of sin continues

It's just like inhereting diabetes. We are all decendents of Adam, therefore we inherit sin. It's really complicated. The Bible says that Adam "sold" himself and his offspring into slavery to sin and death. (Romans 7:14) This is why God sacrificed his perfect son to pay the price for what Adam did. That's how much God loves us!

Its our fault we sin or something, but yet its because of some people we never met and apparently came from that did something stupid involving an apple. And apparently, God did this human sacrifice thing. It's like we're at fault for sinning, but we can't help it, so therefore, its still our fault and we should ask for forgiveness or something. Really, its all quite confusing as to why we are "sinners".

It was through the sin of Adam that brought sin into the world.

Romans 5:12
12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

So you have never sinned and you are suffering because of Adam and Eve?

Maybe we're wrong about our ideas of innocence. maybe sin really IS in the DNA and God really DOES use evolution to purify us...

It's everyone's problem because we are stuck with this nasty stuff in our double helix, and it's the kids who get cancer that have the most original sin.

And the people who live longest really are the holiest.

And if you put food in your butt, you'll poop out your mouth.

that's a very good question! unfortunately we humans cannot even begin to comprehend God's will. so we are gonna have to wait and get the answer from him. but im willing to bet the moment we go beyond the sky, all these questions we've wanted to know just wont be important any more.

because you cant force someone to love and accept you... he gave us all the opportunity to make the decision to make him our God.

Adam was given strict rules and he knew that as the father of all mankind he had a huge responsibility. this only showed that man is weak but is capable of decision making.

It does end... second coming is for that reason. Take out every sinner and replace it with pure spirits who give birth to those without sin.

This is God's world, not humans.

It's generational because sinner give birth to sinners... that's why. Kids learn from their parents and follow by example. So sin is passed down.

When sin entered creation it permeated everything - like radiation. People, animals, soil, vegetation....the works.
Satan has the deed to the place...for a little while.
