1. When did Jesus say that you are saved by grace?
(Jesus spent his life to teach us that we are saved by being born-again into a spirit of forgiving others.)
2, Why do most Christians (on this site) ignore Jesus' instructions and quote Paul's private letters to his friends?
(If you "believe" in Jesus it means you believe his messages about how to get along with each other.)
3. Why do Church Empires believe Paul's story of how to be saved, rather Jesus' way of being saved?

(To accept Jesus is to accept his messages/instructions on how to conduct your lives and get along with each other; rather than just accept Paul's story.)

Do we still have people on this site that do not know that in 325AD men, Church Empire Leaders, got together and added Paul's letters to the Bible?- Even they knew that Paul's private letters were not the Word of God.

Blood is a covenant, not an excuse to not use Jesus' instructions on how to get saved.
Did Jesus say "this is my covenant, now you don't have to get saved the way I have been preaching?"

Timothy??? - another letter from Paul -- Of course, Paul would brag that his words were the Word of God. -- Do you believe everyone that brags on themselves?

Jesus gave us over 100 sets of instructions. Why would you need Church Empires to explain them and whatever? Didn't Jesus make himself clear enough, and very clear if taken in the context of the time.

Dear Simon, , Jesus didn't say that. John said that about Jesus. That term is not tantamount to "You are saved by grace."

And I quote. "I am THE way, THE truth, and THE life. No one comes to the father except THROUGH me." Jesus said that. I think he was pretty clear.

A lot depends upon translations, but Matthew 19:11 would answer your question.
It is usually translated as :
But he said unto them, All men cannot receive this saying, save they to whom it is given.
In the Weymouth translation:
"It is not every man," He replied, "who can receive this teaching, but only those on whom the grace has been bestowed.
Essentially the same meaning. But that answers question 1.
About question 2, I think that Paul has a strong influence on many Christians because he is authoritarian and dogmatic.
(Question 3) People certainly like to quote Paul, and he is often used to win arguments. Unfortunately much of his influence is from his letter writing, so his personality is hidden behind polemic. Because the letters are about the development of the early Church, they became essential reading for the reformed Protestant churches, as they instituted their own church communities. They would naturally depend upon Paul to justify how their churches developed, and make sure that they would conform to his teaching. People who are defensive would be drawn to Paul, because it is more impersonal. Jesus is much more personal in his approach. It is also worth mentioning that Paul says very little about the life and teaching of Jesus. Perhaps it is for this reason that Paul is so highly thought of.

Jesus said, "Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the desert, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, that everyone who believes in him may have eternal life. For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." John 3:14-16
Jesus said, "I tell you the truth, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed over from death to life." John 5;24
There is no inconsistency between Jesus and Paul. Afterall Paul was Jesus' apostle.
Have you actually read the all the New Testament yourself, or is your question a product born of ignorance or based on some propaganda your heard?

I think too many churches today teach what the people WANT to hear. "Hey, were saved on if we believe? Great! I'm in!"
But if that were the case, then why would Jesus have spent so much time teaching about how we are to treat one another?
I think the best scripture that best sums up how Jesus expects us to be is Matthew 7:21
"Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven"
The key word here is DOETH, which signifies the importance of works. A mere lip confession of believing in Jesus isn't enough, and He said it Himself, as plain as it could be said.

Ephesians 2:8-9 For it is by grace that you have been saved thru faith and this is not from yourselves but is a gift of God, not by works so that no man can boast

As the poster said above me it is pretty clear. When Jesus says you can only be saved by him it is clearly a Grace thing. It is nothing of ourselves but of him.
5Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way?
6Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
7If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.

How do Paul and Jesus conflict?
Jesus said, "This is the blood of my covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins"
That is continually what Paul preached. Christ redeems us from our sins.

Read John chapter 1:
14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
15 John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me.
16 And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace.
17 For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.
