because they are not educated enough to realize that evolution states that we have the same ancestor and that we did not evolve from monkeys directly..

the funniest question ever is " If we came from monkeys then why are there still monkeys here" always cracks me up

It's those who "believe" in evolution that are totally obsessed with monkies.

Before the evolutionists taught that we evolved from them, those who know God created the world didn't say anything much about monkies in relationship to religion.

Because they like to make evolution sound rediculous by saying "They think we came from monkeys". When no one actually says this.
