Why do I feel sick after I eat any type of sweet or dessert? No, I don't overeat them, in fact, I have less than normal. Can anyone tell me why I feel so guilty, sick, fat, and horrible?

I would suggest you go to a doctor for a glucose tolerance test. It will make you sick, but you'll find out if you have a glucose intolerance.
I didn't find out that I had type 1 (insulin-dependent) diabetes until I was 31, and a personal trainer.
I always liked my food plain, couldn't understand why everyone always puts so much garbage on their food - condiments and stuff. My body finally started getting sick when I'd eat a lot of sugar and throw it up.
I'm a lot happier with my diet now, even though it's pretty strict, at least I'll never be fat like the rest of fat America.

It may be all in your mind. If you are afraid you will get fat from eating sweets then that could be the problem. Also, you should have your sugar checked. If your sugar is too high that could be why you are getting sick. And, lastly, make sure you aren't pregnant. Babies do strange things to your appetite.

Sounds mental. Are you stressed out about not gaining weight? I have a problem if I eat anything chocolate and have a soda. I don't feel guilty but actually feel sick to my stomach. Would love to find out why.

CHECK YOUR BLOOD GLUCOSE-LEVEL!!!
Consult your MD or pharmacist for Glucose monitors.
Stomache-irritability is an early sign of Sugar Diabetes. Now, at this point in your prognosis, before it gets worse (and if it is diagnosed as Hyper-glycemia, you will recognise "other symptoms" common to Diabetics %Dry mouth, consistant persipration, as you mention, irratibility and nausea) you can gain more knowledge and understanding of this condition and learn how to handle it before it handles you.
