Pilates will help to work all of your muscles at some point, but it is a workout that is aimed to work your core muscles (abs). If you want to work out the rest of your muscles, it's best to use weights and add in cardio. You can use weights in your workout to help you tone up without adding bulk by using lower weights and adding more reps.

There are lots of great workout tapes you can try. I don't know of any specific off the top of my head that are better than others, but if you don't want to waste the money buying a video only to find you don't like it, I suggest renting them before you decide to buy. That way, you can test them out before spending the money.

Also, you can look up Pilates on the internet and can find tons of information about it, and it's workouts online, as well as the moves you need to do. There's also tons of great books and magazines that cover Pilates.
