i mean do you actually see slimmer thighs/abs/etc if you lost only water weight?? or is it just water lost in your cells that don't show in the physical sense?

Your size can reduce in image with extensive water weight reduction, but in terms of toning and definition, no. Nothing will show, unless you work-out and exercise, along with proper diet.

Depends on the person. If i eat alot of salt I gain weight. So it has nothing to do with physical sense. Aleast i dont think it does? Only a doc can hepl you on this. And Im no doc. Just a woman that had her ups and downs with water weight gain LOL.

IM SURE YOULL SEE IT BUT U ILL BE LESS HEALTHY THE ONLY GOOS WEIGHT TO LOSE IS FAT WEIGHT THATS Y ITS NOT ALWAYS GOOD TO RELY ON THE SCALE LIKE WITH GAINING WEIGHT ITS USUALLY ONLY GHOOD TO ADD MUSCLE OR HEIGHT WEIGHT UNLESS UR UNDERWEIGHT AND CAN USE A LITTLE MORE FATTY TISSUE ON UR BODY
