after i have my baby(20th august) i am planning on doing some fitness and diets can anyone tell me which was the best diet 2 try that will help me loose weight also which types of gym stuff can i do after my baby is born cause before i fell pregnant i was over weight and i couldnt find much 2 help me ease the pounds and am wondering if there are sites as such that can tell u what not 2 eat and when and how long 2 wait until starting them?

well you need 2 start eating healthy things and also 2 months try reading and once you had the baby 3 weeks you should try going 2 the gym and doing crutches push-ups and stair climbing

I wouldn't go gung-ho on the dieting thing. Consult your OB/GYN first. If you plan on breast feeding, everything you put in your mouth (or not put in it) will affect your baby. Make sure you are getting proper nutrition.
