after i have my baby(20th august) i am planning on doing some fitness and diets can anyone tell me which was the best diet 2 try that will help me loose weight also which types of gym stuff can i do after my baby is born cause before i fell pregnant i was over weight and i couldnt find much 2 help me ease the pounds and am wondering if there are sites as such that can tell u what not 2 eat and when and how long 2 wait until starting them?
