To be honest, both. It just depends on the moment. Either one can lead to insight and enlightenment. Sometimes clarity is comforting to the rational side of me. Sometimes mystery is even more comforting to the subjective, experiential side of me. Transcendent things can be as comforting as those which we can wrap our minds around, at least to me.
