okie. im 13 and i weigh 'round 87lbs. i want to gain atleast 10lbs b4 school starts ( high school) cause im not exactly happie about it.. cudd u tell me sum wais of achieving this? oh nd do u tink it's normal? also are there pills or nyting to gain this weight?

In addition, i have one or two pimples every few weeks nd evry time dey appear i hav n urge to pop them nd i do. nd recently i got sum on my nose. nd after popping dem. dey turned light brown. can u help me get rid of it? Also, i have a tiny white bump on the front of my eye called a Milia. or sumting. nd if yu know why they're there. nd how to get rid of them cudd u plz plz tell me: ( . thnxx 4 yur help nd consideration.

if your short dont worry about your weigh i have a friend who is short and is 14 and weighs 82 lbs!!! crazy i kno!! and you are probably not gunna gain weight anytime soon. your body is probably still going thru puberty (i kno i hate that word too!) so give it someime. eat snacks between meals and try to eat HEALTHY!!! eating junk ffood will just make your break outs worse that they actually are!!! idk about your eye stuff...srry

Okay first of all, if you want to gain weight, I suggest eating food that contains a lot of protein:

chicken
turkey
lean meats and beef
fish (just about every fish is high in protein, anything from tuna fish, to salmon, to shrimp)
egg whites

exercise helps too, and eventually your body will react to what you eat and eventually you will gain the pounds you need, and then doing cardio when you think your at the right weight will help you maintain your weight.

Oh and if you ever see yourself with a pimple, don't pop it, the brown marks you see are tiny scars. Try not touching your face, because your fingers have a lot of oil on it, and plus you've touched a lot of things during the day with your hands, so its not a good idea to touch them. Try washing your face twice a day.

Oh and about your Milia, you may need a professional to remove it, its caused by heavy Skin Care Products: The most common reason for milia is applying to your skin heavy skin care products not suited for your skin type or poor quality product, also sun exposure causes them too, so put sun screen on daily to protect your skin.

Edit: Also, if you really short, say 5'0", and weight 87 pounds, your pretty normal.

There are a few weight gain items. Pedisure is good. It says up to 12 years old but it seems like its only a year. Pimples are normal at this age. Make up is great. See an eye doctor for your eyes and a dermatologist is the pimples get too bad and a nutritionist if you can't gain weight. You will be busy but get the right information and do the best you can for yourself always

The world would be far better. I can't count the times, especially as an adult where I have sat down and talked with new people and thought they were great. Then comes religion. And it's over at that point. I will accept anyone how they are if they can do the same however I will not tolerate hate, bigotry, and discrimination in the name of something that we have no tangible evidence for. You really see someone's true colors when you touch that topic. If we had no religion we would look at others for who they are not what they do to displease our god. So many countless people would not have had to die in unnecessary wars. It would be much better.

your weight depends on your height. when i was 13 i was probably in the 85-90 range, but i was 5 feet tall then.

about your pimples, DON'T pop them. i know it's hard to leave them alone, but you must. or else you'll get scarring. those little brown spots are just healing. wash your face every morning and night and they'll eventually go away. the milia is there because of a heavy cream. it could also be due to hormones. i got one because i was using a heavy moisturizer and make up. i stopped using that moisturizer and the milia eventually went away.

to help gain weight I suggest drinking slim fast and eating like you would normally It worked for me. Also drink alot of milkshakes. The pimples that turned light brown don't mess with them anymore if you lay in the tanning bed that's what caused them the were not pimples. Go see a doctor about it all though

well, it might be helpful to know your height, but I recommend doing strength training workouts. You can gain at least five pounds if you start running and lifting weights. And not like, huge, really heavy weights, but lifting even ten-pound weights in each hand will help you get some muscle in your arms. You'll get toned within two months if you stay dedicated to working out. Plus, the exercise will build up an appetite and you may eat more with out getting fat. Good luck!

Ok when I last checked 13 is 7th and 8th grade...
but anyways I'm 12 and 80 pounds so I think you are good,
for ur pimples try over the counter products and for the malia thing just clean it well avoid tuching it and It'll be gone before august trust me I know my uncle used to have it

have a pnut burrer and jelly sandwhich with a glass of ovaltine before you go to sleep at night that should help some

im 15 and im 5'4 and i weigh 97
you are naturally skinny so just embrace it!

i was the same size as you when i was 13 and its no biggie!
