For someone who is 5'7" The minimum healthy weight is 128 lbs and maximum is 153. This is according to a chart from weight watchers. You are towards the bottom of your range, so I would say you are fine just the way you are. Yes, you could lose a couple more pounds but really you are fine.....being too thin can cause negative problems to your health just as being too heavy, so quit trying to lose weight and just work on maintaining your current healthy weight.

Well, according to guidelines. A female who is 5' 7" should weigh 135 lbs. But, these guidelines need to be updated ( the guidelines are quite old) and consider BMI ( Body Mass Index). This is much more accurate and measures body fat. This method is used more widely now.Does your family/friends think that you look great and think that you've lost enough weight?? When was your last Physical?? Your Doc can determine your BMI and let you know if your ratio is good for your height and weight. I hope that this helps.

Are you toned and proportioned? I'm 5'4" and when my weight drops below 130 I start to look too skinny. I think it's all in how you carry your weight. Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you work out you're probably at your ideal weight.

I think that you don't need to lose any more weight. Focus on staying healthy by eating right and exercising on a regular basis.

it all depends on your frame.
people think frame has to do with your skinnyness, but really it doesnt! i have a large frame and i am skinny but i weight more than my sister who is my height, normal weight, but a small frame.
if you feel like you have extra fat in places you dont want it then go ahead. it wouldnt be unhealthy for you to loose a little more weight but it wouldnt be unhealthy for you to say that weight that youre at!

You could lose a little more if you wanted, but don't go any lower than about 125 pounds.

It depends on how you view yourself. In my opinion, I think that's a perfect weight for someone of your height.
