ok we have a pc w/ no internet that mean aim will not work correct?

Right! There's no way for you to send and receive information without being connected to the internet

Though you could download AIM mobile and use it on your cell phone, if that's your bag.

Correct, without internet, AIM cannot connect to the server that connects you to other people.
