Well, a lot of ppl don't know this but one of the most responsible reasons for headaches is dehydration (same for backaches).

Try drinking more water (esp water) & note that for every carbonated soda, coffee, tea or cafeine beverage you drink, you are actually decreasing that much liquid from your body as they are all diuretics. So if you have one of these beverages, you must include extra water to make up for it.

Just do an experiment & see: Try increasing your water intake to up to as much as 4-5 eight oz glasses/bottles per day & see what happens.

By the way, you can drink *too* much water. So go slowly if you aren't used to drinking much & if you start feeling dizzy or weak, you've drank too much & it's affecting your potassium levels. (In which case, you'd need to stop, sit down & eat a potassium-rich food, such as a banana.)

when i was younger i used to get them everyday. but now its down to like 5 times a month. it can be heredity, thats how i have mine. as you get older, it slows down. and instead of taking meds for it, try laying down and putting a cold rag over your head and eyes. taking the meds all the time, your body is getting immune to it, and needs it. so try to ween yourself off of it.
