If you go by the bible - where in it does state God created EVERYTHING then by definition of everything - God created "Hell".
But, from what I have seen when I ask other "Christians" the same type of question ( I love to see how they deal with this ...concept I have been doing this sense I was 14) they all say that God created humans with free will, and it was humans that screwed everything up. Which of course, means that God did not creat everything, and that God is not all powerful. Or perhaps other "Christians" have a different definition of "everything" than I do. shrug
Actually, Christianity is a rather young religion, as religions go, particularly what is practiced here in America. And the bible in English has been translated many times. From what I have come to understand is that the closer you get to the original language the more dynamic and esoteric the bible is.
So as more is revealed about what has been kept in hiding, mainly by the political giants within the "church" I think we will have the chance to see the true encompassing beauty of the teaching of the bible.

Excellent question. God indeed has the power to know all things in advance, the ability to that is. But just cuz you have the ability to do something doesn't mean you use it. Let's take an example, you have to work, and you are gonna miss you favorite team's basket ball game, so you decide to record it. When you get home, you have to choices, just go to the end and see the final score, or just watch it all the way through, nobody would blame you for doing the ladder. God is similar, sort of. He does have the ability to know all things in advance, and in the Bible, it is shown that he has used that ability, (e.g: Jeremiah 1: 5). However, for the most part, he chooses to see what people are gonna do with their lives, he doesn't predestine them. He sees if they are gonna serve him out of their own free will, or not. The Bible shows that in some cases, God didn't know what some people would do. For example, In Moses' case: "Do not lay a hand on the boy, he said. Do not do anything to him. Now I know that you fear God, because you have not withheld from me your son, your only son.” (Genesis 22: 12). Notice how he says "now I know that you fear God"? implying that he didn't know before? And also, why would God be "vexed" from people's actions if he knew what they were gonna do already? Well The Bible shows that the Israelites' actions in the desert vexed God (Psalm 78: 40, 41). Also, in Noah's time, when wickedness filled the earth, God "regretted that he had made human beings on the earth, and his heart was deeply troubled" Now why would he go through that if he knew beforehand what was gonna happen? All these verses clearly show that God may have the ability to foresee the future (Isaiah 46: 10), but he chooses not to because he wants to see if we will serve him out of our own free will. Nothing too cruel about that, there is actually a reason for that......

I was thinking (is not very usual)Jesus creates all things cause he is God, and the last creation was humans then the Hell was created before Adam, then he creates a place to torture people before they sin, and he knew that they will sin, so he decided to create before the creation of humans a horrible place to torture us, he put all the fire 100,000 degrees and the brimstone also wow!!
according to the bible Satan rebels in the garden of Edem (after the creation of hell) read Ezekiel 28:11 and you will see he was as a guardian in Edem and the he becomes evil only 6000 years ago after the creation fo Adam and Eve and of course hell.
It is incredible but that is what christianity are spreading and we even realize that we are doing it!!!! all this crap that I already say it is exactly what christianity has been teaching as a God of love, it is no strange that Jesus will reject the majority of us (Christians) according to Matthew 7:21-23 and also why atheist think we are stupids

Of course they can not, because some people trust God so much that they spread error as lies, including the doctrine of eternal punishing.
First of all, Hades was invented by the Devil, not God.
It was adopted into Greek Mythology as Hades, separated by the River Styx from the world of the living.
This Pagan doctrine was baptized by Catholics, then expanded to include Purgatory, a little burning unless you donate money and quenches the fires--that funded St. Peters Cathderal.
That fabrication was ADOPTED by Protestants, and spoon fed from pulpits to unsuspecting multitudes. AND THAT IS ONE REASON PEOPLE DON'T BELIEVE IN GOD. In fact, knowing hells true origion solidified me as an atheist.
However, after reading the Bible through, ten different translations, I know it is a lie, and the wicked will not be tormented forever.
In fact, there is a Bible code that tells exactly how God will deal with this rebellion in His universe. Select www.revelado.org/revealed.htm

True God created everything, he even created Lucifer.
But after Lucifer was kicked out of Heaven for trying to exhalt hisself above God he was cast down to earth so he would have his own place to rule and Lucifer created Hell cause he needed a kingdom of his own.
Satan has had to duplicate the things that god has out of jealousy, so he can fool gods people.

Yeah he created it. Is this so wrong? Cops created jail for criminals is that so wrong. Of course god created hell because he knew what was going to be. God knows all that ever will happen. Does it ever hurt to plan ahead and just make hell ;)

NO, God didn't, the concept of "hell" known today is based on a mistranslation. The Greek word "gehenna" was the translation from the Hebrew word "gueh hin-nom" (Valley of Hinnon). It was mistranslated as hell the truth is that the Hebrew word was used in regard to the trash dump-site. The 1800's doctrine of hell that the church adopted and we all know today is based on Dante's "The Divine Comedy".

Hell is the common grave of mankind. It has nothing to do with fire.
Jesus spent three days in the grave or hell as the KJV says.
Read below on What REally is Hell...
It is enlightening & you will not be able to deny what you read, because it is all backed up in the Holy Scriptures.

Before we start deciding what God did or did not create, why don't first figure out if God even exists or not?

I didn't realize that anyone cared! XP Well, I suppose if God created everything that is, then it follows that, if Hell "is", then God must have created it.
