Overall, I want it to look like a morphing vine (thorny/creepy to leafy/swirling). It will start on my lower back with thorny vines. Then it will progress up my spine and over my left shoulder, morphing into a swirly and leafy vine. The vine will end above my left breast and sit underneath a lotus flower. (Possibility of vine wrapping around my left breast?)

You need to work with a tattoo artist for this. A lot of the shape and styling has to match your body structure and you are very "structure" specific in this.
A professional tattoo artist generally works the art fee into the tattoo so you would otherwise be paying more for it having to pay someone separate for the art work and then likely modification fees by the tattoo artist.

hey yeah that sounds like fun. im actually drawing another persons tattoo at the moment but im nearly finished. This sounds like a really complex drawing.sounds fun. and hey i wont charge, i never do! ill draw up a sketch and i can email it to u so u can let me know what colors/shading/line colors etc. that u want!!!!!
