and where did Mathew come up with this? Matthew 22: 39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. This is not in the 16 or the 12 or the 10. Inquiring minds want to know from anyone who thinks the bible is infallible

Meriam F'sho, Except the 39th verse referenced to the old testament is not in the old testament. Either Matthew came out of thin air with this or Jesus did not know what he was talking about.

Actually there are 613 injunctions in the Mosaic Code. The so-called Ten Commandments are just a few, and they cannot really be sliced off the rest.
