Depends on what diet you Are on. Low fat or watching your carbs. I use the whole wheat tortillas. If you are watching you carbs stay away from them.
If you load them up with lots of fatty foods
than it does not matter what diet you are on.

oh gah yes! yes they are
avoid them.... dont eat them but once a week. and only like 1-2. they are very fattening especially if they are made out of flour and not maize.
